As an owner, you can decide to sell your home at any time. Being an NFT, you can sell the token in a generic marketplace (such as Opensea or SuperRare) and/or sell it through the Roofstock onChain marketplace.

Before you can sell your home, Roofstock onChain will review its compliance with the program and authorize the listing.

Token burn / Back to conventional title

If you ever decide to go back to traditional ownership, Roofstock onChain can work with you to burn your token and title the house under your name.
