### **Who owns the Homes onChain that are listed for sale?**

Each property is owned by an individual LLC. Each LLC may be owned by either a Roofstock subsidiary or a third-party seller. 

### **What are the requirements to list my home on the Roofstock onChain marketplace?**

We are currently only accepting properties that do not have any outstanding loans or other encumbrances associated with them. 

### **Can I sell with a tenant in place?**

Yes! You may sell a tenanted property, subject to the terms of the existing lease and any applicable tenant laws. 

### **Can I also list my property on Roofstock.com?**

You may choose to list your property through either Roofstock.com or Roofstock onChain, but not both at the same time.
