Who owns the Homes onChain that are listed for sale?

Each property is owned by an individual LLC. Each LLC may be owned by either a Roofstock subsidiary or a third-party seller.

What are the requirements to list my home on the Roofstock onChain marketplace?

We are currently only accepting properties that do not have any outstanding loans or other encumbrances associated with them.

Can I sell with a tenant in place?

Yes! You may sell a tenanted property, subject to the terms of the existing lease and any applicable tenant laws.

Can I also list my property on Roofstock.com?

You may choose to list your property through either Roofstock.com or Roofstock onChain, but not both at the same time.
