# Inspections and Renovations

### **What inspections and renovations will be done to the home before it is listed for sale on the marketplace?**

Roofstock onChain will order a local on-site team to undergo a 3-part process before a home is tokenized and listed for sale. 

1. Due Diligence Inspection 
2. Renovation 
3. Quality Control Inspection

### **What does the due diligence inspection look like?**

We inspect each property thoroughly to give an accurate picture of what you are buying. The *Assessment Report* in the *Documents* section of each home contains an evaluation of each component, with dozens of pictures. ### **What does the renovation process look like?**

Local on-site teams will complete the scope of work on the subject property as determined by a regional construction manager. All products are sourced from reputable manufacturers and are builder-grade materials and finishes.  

### **What is a quality control inspection?**

A final quality control inspection will be conducted to validate all completed work on the job estimate. This inspection will confirm that all work was completed in a workmanlike manner and that the home is ready to be occupied by a new resident.
