### **How do I buy a Home onChain?**

You can find homes onChain for sale in the [Browse Homes onChain](https://onchain.roofstock.com/properties) tab. Homes that are coming soon can also be previewed there.

Once the listing goes live, buyers can purchase a Home onChain using cryptocurrency in our [Marketplace](https://marketplace.roofstockonchain.com).  Check out our [Buying Guide](/learn-about-roofstock-onchain/guides/buying-guide.md) for details.

### **What due diligence does Roofstock perform on each home?**

We ensure each home has clear title, and we obtain an updated inspection to understand the condition of the property and rehab/renovation requirements. 

You can find details in the *Documents* tab of the property.

### **What information do I have before buying a home?**

You have access to a set of documents providing information about the home: Inspection, deed, title and insurance documents, etc. and the LLC: Operating agreement, articles of formation and good standing certificate.

### **What documents do I need to buy a home?**

We are required by law to verify your identity with a government issued ID before you purchase your first Home onChain.  

### **Can I purchase a Home onChain through another entity such as a trust, LLC, etc.?**

### **Do you offer financing?**
