How do I buy a Home onChain?

You can find homes onChain for sale in the Browse Homes onChain tab. Homes that are coming soon can also be previewed there.

Once the listing goes live, buyers can purchase a Home onChain using cryptocurrency in our Marketplace. Check out our Buying Guide for details.

It is also possible to buy our properties using USD (fiat). If you are interested in this option contact us.

What due diligence does Roofstock perform on each home?

We ensure each home has clear title, and we obtain an updated inspection to understand the condition of the property and rehab/renovation requirements.

What information do I have before buying a home?

You have access to a set of documents providing information about the home: Inspection, deed, title and insurance documents, etc. and the LLC: Operating agreement, articles of formation and good standing certificate.

What documents do I need to buy a home?

We are required by law to verify your identity with a government issued ID before you purchase your first Home onChain.

Can I purchase a Home onChain through another entity such as a trust, LLC, etc.?

Do you offer financing?

Blockchain-based financing is available through our partnership with Teller. It can cover up to 80% of the house value. For more information contact us.
